Sukhpal Singh has 15 years of experience in the field of audit, investigation, both domestic and foreign based listing, and advisory work. He gained his years of corporate experience as the Group accountant of a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) and one year’s stint with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as a Senior Manager in Professional Practices and Technical Department.
He managed a wide range of clients, from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies including companies listed in the local stock exchange, Bursa Securities. The industries which he has dealt with are involved in manufacturing, trading, plantation, oil & gas, aquaculture, construction, property development, information technology, amongst others.

He has also undertaken due diligence review, special investigations, government agency privatisation exercise, Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) exercise and corporate exercises varying from acquisition, domestic and foreign based IPO to back-door listing or reverse takeover. He had the opportunity to be involved in the review of profit/cashflow forecast and preparation of Accountant’s Reports.

He led and assisted in organizing the firm’s training and seminars as well as technical reviews.
