Frank Yap is practicing Chartered Accountant and holds a professional qualification from Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. He spent the early years of his professional career with one of the international auditing firm, EY and subsequently in different size of auditing firm such Crowe Malaysia as well as STYL Associates PLT.

He has more than 10 years audit experience in various industries which include auditing of public and private limited companies as well as multinational companies. His auditing experience covered various sectors which comprises manufacturing, retail business, services, trading, construction, property development, information technology, amongst others.

Frank is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
